ArtOn Nails have now released UV Soak Off Gels in the following colours:

Base
Clear
Light Pink
Peach Pink and
White

AONsoakset

The light pink and peach pink are cover gels.

For any one not sure what a cover gel is, it is a gel that it used to extend the length of the nail bed and this is a perfect fix for nail biters and cover gels also hide imperfections in the nail bed, sometimes you get white spots on the nail bed that will show through when you only use clear gel.  In the image above a cover pink has been used to extend the length of the nail bed.  Cover pinks are fantastic with french white nails, they make the white stand out.  Even though cover pinks cover the entire nail, when used with another colours, like the image above they give the nail bed a natural look.

We recommend using ArtOn Nails Base UV Soak Off Gel before applying cover pinks or clear gel.  We tested the gel and found that we achieved a very strong adhesion on to a natural nail that had the shine removed and did not use primer.  We used the base first and then cover pinks and finished with the clear.

ArtOn Nails Soak Off UV gels have a medium viscosity and are easy to apply.  Cure for 2-3 minutes in a UV Lamp.  Soak off with Soak Off, file down a little of the gel first then either soak in a manicure bowl or wrap cotton over the nail with aluminum foil.  Check after 5 minutes with an orangewood stick, scrape off the gel and if necessary soak for a little longer to remove any that remains.

This gel can also be applied over acrylic nails, you need to ensure the shine has been removed from the acrylic before adhesion.
